Abstract
人工智能 (AI) 的快速发展为高等教育带来了变革性的机遇和挑战,尤其是在中国战略性推进教育现代化和全球竞争力的背景下。本文综合了当前对人工智能高等教育的研究,重点关注其应用、道德困境和治理框架。主要发现突出了人工智能的双重作用,它既是个性化学习的推动者,也是管理效率、全球可访问性的推动者,也是学术诚信、公平和人类能动性的破坏者。生成式 AI (GAI) 工具,例如自适应辅导系统和实时反馈机制,在提高学生参与度和机构工作流程方面表现出巨大潜力。然而,包括算法偏见、环境成本和批判性思维技能的侵蚀在内的风险凸显了建立稳健的道德框架和适应性治理模式的必要性。该研究强调跨学科合作、AI 素养计划和动态政策干预,以平衡创新与问责制。通过整合技术弹性、预防性道德和多级治理,高等教育机构可以驾驭 AI 的双重使命,即促进数字化转型,同时维护以人为本的教育价值观。
