Abstract
This study evaluates the impact of a motivational enhancement workshop on Employee Engagement (EE), Transformational Leadership (TL), and Brand Conscientiousness (BC). The results show significant improvements in all three variables post-intervention. Employee engagement, leadership perceptions, and brand loyalty all increased notably. Qualitative feedback highlighted enhanced communication, leadership trust, and alignment of organizational values. The findings suggest that such workshops can drive positive organizational change, with recommendations for integrating similar interventions to sustain long-term improvements in leadership, motivation, and brand loyalty.
