Abstract

旅游活动有助于促进心理健康。大学生群体为寻求心理健康而进行的旅游活动已成为社会热点现象和强大经济动力。本文基于国内外文献研究后发现：（1）旅游对大学生心理健康的影响是供给方旅游地、媒介方旅游体验和需求方大学生群体共同作用下的结果，整体上旅游具有积极的心理健康效应；（2）不同类型的旅游地大都能够给大学生带来积极的心理健康影响；（3）大学生自身的需求和现状差异导致了心理健康促进效果的不同，但不会从根本上阻碍旅游活动的积极心理健康效应；（4）各种类型的旅游体验方式对大学生心理健康具有多方面的促进作用。旨在为大学生心理健康教育和旅游市场调控提供新的借鉴和参考。
