中国国有企业伦理氛围对职务态度的影响

过去对职务态度的研究较少关注伦理氛围,有关伦理氛围与职务态度内在作用机制的研究几乎是空白,特别是针对中国国有企业的研究更是罕见,本文通过研究伦理氛围对职务态度的影响来弥补这一不足。中国国有企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,在中国的经济体系中占有至关重要的地位,因而开展对中国国企伦理氛围的研究具有非常重要的价值和意义。本文针对这一问题进行了深入探讨并完善了相应研究,在对伦理氛围、职务态度的相关文献研究进行评述的基础上,探讨了伦理氛围对职务态度的影响作用。选取了国有CP公司的556个有效样本开展实证研究。运用SPSS 25.0和Amos 26.0对数据进行分析,通过结构方程模型验证了本文的所有假设,针对中国国有企业的实际情况提出改善伦理氛围、提升职务态度相应的对策。
