人工智能态度量表(ALS)研究综述

人工智能素养作为数字时代公民核心能力,其评估工具的开发与应用日益受到重视。然而现有研究存在明显断层:量表多具区域性,跨文化等值性验证不足,通用量表普遍采用“认知、技能、情感、伦理”四维模型,缺乏对评估流程标准化及跨文化适应机制的系统探讨。为此,本研究用Citespace知识图谱分析法,对2021-2025年中外权威数据库收录的210篇关于人工智能态度量表(Artificial Intelligence Literacy Scale, ALS)的文献进行多维度分析。研究发现,国内外ALS普遍基于数字素养理论等理论构建四维模型,职业类量表开发是未来趋势,但国内外通用量表评估维度研究不足。基于此,本研究提出“认知、技能、情感、伦理、评估、跨文化”六维度结构模型,为跨文化场景下的量表设计提供理论支撑。
