智能时代卓越软件工程师的培养:研究生课程体系AI化重构研究

Abstract

生成式人工智能正深刻重塑软件工程的方法体系与能力结构,传统研究生培养模式已难以适应AI赋能的软件开发生命周期新范式,当前教育中存在知识体系滞后、工具链脱节和能力结构失衡等突出问题。为此,本文提出“知识—能力—素养”三位一体的培养模型,并构建由基础层、核心层和顶石层组成的“三层融合”课程体系,实现研究生软件工程教育的系统性 AI 化重构。该体系形成了面向智能时代的软件工程人才培养框架,为卓越软件工程师的培养提供了可实施、可推广的整体方案。
