基于氟硅橡胶的超憎水高耐候性防污闪涂料的制备与性能研究

本研究在借鉴高温硫化氟硅橡胶制备工艺和复合绝缘子表面处理技术的基础上,通过氟化占位定向技术、超分子合金化与原位聚合法精细调控硅橡胶主链结构,并引入功能化石墨烯及多种有机/无机填料,成功合成了一种新型超憎水、防污闪、耐候性优异的复合涂料。配方中合理优化氧化镁、氢氧化铝、铁氧体、异丙基氨基甲基丙烯酸酯、含氟酯类、嵌段硅氧烷、膨胀石墨及阻燃助剂等组分比例,使涂层在标准实验室条件下初始静态接触角可达113°以上,喷水分级达HC1级。在连续水浸96 h、192 h及360 h等加速老化试验后,涂层仍能保持θav>100°、HC1~HC3;经24 h恢复后,憎水性能完全恢复至HC1。污染迁移试验表明,涂层表面污染物也能快速获得超憎水性(θav≈132°,HC1)。第三方型式试验中,十九项性能指标全部满足或优于现行标准,自洁系数99.26%,最小电蚀损深度仅0.06 mm。研究结果表明,该涂料具备超强憎水性、优异耐候性和显著的自愈/迁移能力,能够满足重污染区复合外绝缘长期防污闪的应用需求。
