本文结合职业心理学与组织行为学理论，分析AI技术重塑高校图书馆服务模式及馆员角色转型引发的心理挑战，探讨心理状态、困境成因及适应策略，为高校图书馆员管理及智慧图书馆发展的角色转换提供理论与实践参考，强调未来需动态优化心理建设策略以适应AI技术迭代。
