论数字劳动中的劳动异化问题

摘要

大数据、5G、AI等现代数字信息技术推动人类进入数字时代，数字产品的生产和消费成为人类主要生存和生活方式之一。“数字劳动”在重塑全球经济结构的同时，也加剧了劳动异化问题。资本逻辑通过数据商品化、算法控制和时空剥削深化了异化程度，导致劳动者与劳动产品、劳动过程、类本质及社会关系的四重异化。数字平台无偿占有用户数据，算法精确管理劳动过程，移动互联网模糊工作与生活的界限，全球平台劳动者面临权益缺失与社会再生产危机。研究基于马克思《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中的异化理论，揭示数字劳动异化的新特征与根源，为数字时代的劳动解放提供理论支持。
