沉浸式体验对游客满意度的影响机制研究

摘要

本研究在文旅融合背景下,以唐山河头老街为对象,探究沉浸式体验对游客满意度的影响机制。构建“技术-场景-文化”三维沉浸体验模型框架,采用PLS-SEM与fsQCA混合方法分析371份游客问卷数据,结果显示:场景、技术与文化沉浸通过二阶沉浸感形成协同效应;情绪价值是沉浸感影响满意度的关键中介,其作用受价格敏感度动态调节:价格敏感度在沉浸感与情绪价值交互时起抑制作用,但在沉浸感转化为情绪价值过程中呈现适度正向调节;fsQCA识别出四条高满意度组态路径。本研究构建了文化遗产沉浸体验的多维解释框架,提出“情感阈值-价格弹性”动态平衡模型,为工业遗产活化与文旅项目优化提供理论依据与实践路径。
