Fingerfit:脑卒中手部精细运动康复训练及评估系统

背景:脑卒中是严重危害人类健康的疾病之一,常导致手部运动功能障碍,影响患者日常生活。传统康复设备笨重、成本高,患者难以坚持训练且缺乏实时反馈。目的:开发一款便携、综合的微信小程序“Fingerfit”, 融入健康管理理念,为脑卒中患者提供手部精细运动康复训练与评估支持,促进全程健康监测和自我管理。方法:基于MINA框架,采用JavaScript、WXML、WXSS和JSON语言,通过C/S架构实现前后端交互,集成知识科普、手指训练和康复评定功能,结合便携式康复器材,提供视频指导、实时反馈和量化评估。结果:系统实现首页、训练、测评和个人中心四大模块,支持多种训练视频、角度测评、画图测评等功能,患者可随时随地进行训练并获取量化反馈,实现健康数据追踪与计划调整。结论:Fingerfit小程序突破传统康复限制,具备便携性、综合性和高效性,显著提升患者康复效率和参与度,具有显著的预防保健和慢性病管理价值。
