中学生现场救护知识评估工具的范围综述

Abstract

背景:中学生作为伤害事件的高发群体,评估其现场救护知识水平至关重要。本研究旨在总结中学生现场救护知识评估工具的主要特征,以推动和改进工具的开发、验证和使用。方法:依据Joanna Briggs Institute的范围综述指南规范,检索7个常见数据库,时间范围从建库至2024年4月25日。文章筛选由两名研究人员独立完成。纳入初高中学生急救知识定量测量评估工具。本研究遵循PRISMA-ScR检查表。结果:共检索出9549篇文献,经过筛选确定25篇文献(包含23项中学生现场救护知识评估工具)。这些工具主要评估一般现场救护知识、基础生命支持、急症救护、创伤救护以及意外伤害救护相关知识。研究测试了工具的信度和效度,但往往缺乏心理测量特性测试的细节,部分研究也没有报告明确数值。结论:当前,23种中学生现场救护知识评估工具主要集中在基础生命支持和创伤救护知识的评估,但大多数工具存在内容和方法上的局限。完善开发流程,结合中学生的特点开发具备良好信效度的评估工具将是未来研究的重点。
