“因材施教”的现代转化:传统文化理念在个性化教育中的实践路径

Abstract

我们引入了文化适应性认知负荷框架 (CACLF),这是一种将文化心理学与认知负荷理论相结合,以实现个性化学习的新方法。传统的基于能力倾向的教学设计往往忽略了文化因素对学习的影响,这可能导致认知负荷管理效率低下。该框架通过三个相互关联的模块来解决这一问题:文化-认知映射引擎,根据霍夫斯泰德维度动态调整负荷阈值;动态负荷诊断界面,结合生理和文化亲和力数据进行即时评估;模块化策略协调器,创建与文化背景相符的教学策略。这些元素共同用文化敏感的选项替代传统的自适应学习方法,从而实现更高效的负荷分配。该方法使用混合量子-经典神经网络实现文化本体论对齐,并应用联邦元学习进行诊断,同时保护隐私。实验验证表明,不同学生群体的学生参与度和知识保留率均显著提高。该框架促进了跨学科理论的融合,并为文化适应性教育的大规模实施提供了实用工具。模块化设计确保与当前系统的兼容性,并解决个性化学习中持续存在的公平问题。
