轻度社会互动中的上级身份框架:一种用于规范协商和微行为反馈的动态系统方法

我们提出了一种动态系统框架,它利用上级身份框架来减轻轻度社交互动中的群体内偏见,这个系统系统地调节共享身份的显著性,以此改变规范期望和行为结果,这个方法包含身份启动模块,规范协商可观察对象以及微行为反馈循环,而且这些都在结构化的互动场景中运作,不需要实时技术中介,身份启动使用基于小插图的协议来突出上级身份,二元互惠矩阵把交互动态分解成规范的依从性和偏差部分,而且,细粒度的行为信号,比如眼神交流和音调,被当作以身份框架为条件的随机过程来模拟,这样就形成了强化涌现规范的反馈循环。 该系统利用常数吸引子盆地与传统社会学框架相连,盆地通过对历史交互数据实施聚类分析来对常态加以分类,我们所用的方法把身份框架当作一个连续的控制变量,并且把规范的出现建立在经验可测量的微动力学之上,从而与其他方法区别开来,实验显示,这种框架凭借动态地把个人行为同上级身份模式保持一致,有效地削减了群体内部的偏见,这项工作加深了人们对规范谈判的理论认识,而且给在休闲社交环境中设计偏见缓解干预办法赋予了实用的见解。
