Abstract

This study proposes information-based strategies for intelligent transformation in communication engineering, addressing challenges from 5G/6G networks and New Infrastructure policies. Key solutions include a digital twin-driven framework integrating space-air-ground monitoring, SDN-based resource scheduling, and AIoT protocols. A four-dimensional architecture (Perception-Network-Platform-Application) enhances collaboration via intelligent sensors, hybrid networking, and AR decision systems. Implementation strategies resolve technical, organizational, and ecosystem barriers using protocol middleware, blockchain-enabled metaverse platforms, and agile reforms. Results show 30% efficiency gains in equipment coordination and 40% faster risk response. Future directions emphasize 6G reconfigurable surfaces, quantum-secured systems, and AI construction robots.
