数字年龄歧视——人工智能给老年人带来的挑战和机遇

人工智能（AI）和机器学习正在重塑医疗、教育、就业、金融和法律等领域。然而，AI系统的开发数据往往包含社会显性和隐性偏见，其预测模型可能加剧社会不平等和权力失衡等问题。当前，关于AI如何延续种族、性别和阶级歧视的讨论已成主流，但对其年龄歧视的研究相对不足。面对全球老龄化与AI技术的快速发展，亟需审视AI系统中的年龄偏见。本文重点探讨AI年龄歧视现象，提出一个概念模型，并分析相关伦理和法律影响，分析数字世界的不公正循环如何助长AI年龄歧视。最后，本研究指出未来数字年龄歧视的研究方向，以完善该领域的知识体系。
