Abstract

15世纪的英国正处于封建社会向资本主义过渡的关键阶段，这一时期城市危机频发。英国城市传染病众多，基础设施不足，内外战争骚乱频发，经济发展受阻，城市治理困难，社会秩序混乱。英国致力于从经济、政治和社会等多方面入手，使得英国城市摆脱危机。这些措施和手段为之后英国的崛起做出了重要贡献，为现代城市的治理提供了经验教训。
